Baltic Amber characteristics are hidden inside the beads. Baltic Amber contains SUCCINIC ACID or AMBER ACID which was known and used as a natural antibiotic in Europe countries. Chemical formula for Amber Acid is C4H6O4 – it is not mineral, but the organic material containing natural resins and tar from conifers. Acids are released when a bead is warm (+27C).
